7.0-magnitude earthquake hit Northern Japan (日本发生7.0级地震!)

A powerful earthquake hit the north of Japan's main island this morning. The epicentre was in Akita prefecture. In Tokyo, we also felt the shaking when the quake occurred but not much affected. Japan is one of the world's most earthquake-prone countries and we have experienced many of minor tremors during the past 10 years. However the quake like this is quite rare.
